While this information isn’t concrete, it’s very possible that the next generation iPhone could not only be announced this month but, released as well. Multiple AT&T store reps have confirmed to BoyGeniusReport that their sales quotas for this month, are ridiculously high. Some stores are quoting a 25-30% increase for June and in order for those to be met, the iPhone couldn’t be released in the last week of the month, so it falls to Friday the 18th of June. Rumours have already been speculating around the web that the iPhone 4G is to be released this month or next but, with the information regarding sales quotas for June, not July, it makes the possibility of a June 18th release even higher.
