
Both the Palm Pre Plus and Pixi Plus have now gone on sale in the UK and are available from the O2 network. Both handsets come with the WebOS platform. The Pixi Plus is available for free on a two year contract, costing £30 a month. Where as the Palm Pre, will be available for free on a £35 a month contract. Again, lasting two years.
Specs of both the handsets include light and proximity sensors, an accelerometer, camera with LED flash, which is also capable of video recording. You can also view the videos on the phone, along with photos and music, through a 3.5mm headset jack.
The Pixi Plus has a 2 megapixel camera where as the Pre Plus has a 3 megapixel camera. The Pre Plus also has a larger screen measuring 3.1 inches, compared to the Pixi Plus, which has a 2.63inch display. Internal memory is also different on both devices, with the Pre Plus sporting 16GB internal memory and the Pixi Plus offering only half of that.
