The N8 from Nokia is due to be released in Germany on August 24th. Vodafone UK already have the page listing for the handset, which many hoped meant, us in the UK would get it even quicker. This isn’t the case though, as the handset has been confirmed to see a UK release date of August 25th. Specs wise, the N8 features a 12 megapixel camera, which is able to record video in 720p. It also has the other standard specs you’d expect from a smartphone, including WiFi, 3G, Bluetooth, GPS etc. The handset will run the Symbian^3 OS.
